Is there a cancellation charge?
If you let us know that you won’t be using the service on the day before the planned rental date at the latest, there will be no cancellation charge. However, if you end up not using the rental service without cancelling your booking in advance, or if you partially cancel your booking after arriving at the rental place, you will be charged 100% of the rental fee.

The contact information will be used to call you on the phone if you left something behind after returning the rented bicycle to us or if we need to ask any you any follow-up question, etc. Therefore, please provide any phone number that you think will be appropriate for such purpose.
What happens to an electric bicycle when it runs out of battery while being rented?
If the electric bicycle that you rent runs out of battery while being ridden, the pedal-assist function becomes unavailable. However, you can still ride it like a regular bicycle.

If you get a flat tire or require any repair work while renting a bicycle from us, you must bring the bicycle to the nearest bicycle shop, etc. and have it repaired. You will need to cover the repair cost yourself, unless the cause of the technical issue is attributable to us.

The damage suffered as a result of the accident can be compensated for, to an extent that is covered by the type-2 TS mark insurance policy that is attached to the bicycle. However, you will be solely liable and responsible for compensating for any damage, etc. beyond that and also for resolving any issue that may arise as a result of the accident.
Can you keep my luggage for me while I will be away?
Yes, we can keep your luggage for you at UZUHOUSE while you will be away, for JPY 200 per luggage item.
Is there any parking space available at UZUHOUSE?
We are sorry but there is no parking space available here. If you are planning on driving here, please park your car in a toll parking space nearby.
